Sept Update for 2011

Still enjoying the wonders of living in Florida after ten years here.  Sam and I hae gotten older not moving as fast as we once did, but this is such a nice place that we can get out and around quite well.  My daughter has moved here from IL and such a blessing.  Now I have two daughters close by.

This is a very nice area to live in.  We are inland in Bonifay Florida and do not have to be very concerned with the hurricanes that come into the gulf, but we are close enough to drive to the beaches.  We have found that at our age, this does not occur to often. We want to thank our daughter for giving us such a glorious 50th wedding anniversary by giving us two days at the Hilton Hotel in Destin, Fl.  We are in the sunset of our lives, but have had the privilege of  sailing into the sunset on this glass bottom boat.  What a thrill it was to feed the sea gulls as they swooped down to take food from our hands.  Had to be careful not to loose a little skin if they grabbed a bit close.  I give the Lord Glory for the 50 wonderful years of marriage and for our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Without the Lord, this would not have been possible.  Glory!

                         OUR FIFTIETH WEDDING ANIVERSARY 

Now it is 2010 and we have been married 53 years.
